David Hakman, Founder and CEO, has over 40 years of investment banking/finance experience. Since 1977, Mr. Hakman has directed The Hakman Group's completion of approximately $3.8 billion of transaction value. Since 1968, Mr. Hakman has served as a member of the Board of Directors of various private and public companies and charities.
Dennis DiSalvo, Executive Vice President Operations, has been with The Hakman Group since 1998. Previously, Mr. DiSalvo was the President/CEO of Primesource, a container leasing company (1992 to 1998) and Senior Vice President/General Manager of Itel Containers International Corp. (1976 to 1991)
Nadine Forsman, Managing Director Portfolio Administration, has been with The Hakman Group since May, 2006. Previously, Ms. Forsman, a CPA, was employed by Textainer Capital Corporation (1996-2006) as the Controller and was responsible for the accounting, financial management and reporting functions as well as the investor relations function for six Textainer public limited partnerships that owned marine cargo containers. From 1990 to 1996, Ms. Forsman was employed by KPMG LLP holding various positions, the most recent of which was manager.
